Veggie Mix (salad)

6 C. broccoli
1/2 C. bacon bits
1/2 C. sunflower seeds
1/2 C. red grapes, cut into quarters
1/4 C. chopped red onion
Dressing:
1 C. Nalleys lite mayonnaise
2 T. red wine vinegar
1/4 C. Splenda (sugar substitute; do NOT use small packages)
Mix broccoli, bacon bits, sunflower
seeds, grapes and red onion together.
Combine mayonnaise, Splenda, and wine vinegar and mix well. Pour over other
ingredients.
Note: This is a Weight Watchers recipe: 8 servings at 2 points each.
