MY Home Town is a professional production of Comcast TV.  Each month the crew, with host Dorothy Wilhelm, visits a small community and focuses on “What’s going right?”  So far, My Home Town has visited 45 different communities, and we’re glad to report that there’s a lot going right.  Your home town could be next!! It is here that you'll find the MHT (My Home Town) shows available.

See schedule below.

bronzestatue
In Northwest Landing, the bronze Annie's Outing by sculptor Judy Mickelson was created as a tribute to small town living. The residents have taken this family group to their heart, even providing masks at Halloween. Once in an undeveloped part of town, the city has now caught up to Annie.

girlscouts
Every time we go to DuPont, they show us a vacant lot and tell us there'll soon be a building. Last time it was a Girl Scout Center, and sure enough here it is. Here, a new girl scout is escorted across the Center's bridge to join her new troop in a ceremony called Bridging.

racoon

We snapped this fellow at the Old DuPont guard post that will soon be part of the new Civic Center. More big plans to follow. We didn't feed the racoon, honest!

Patriots Landing is a one of a kind retirement community designed for retired military. See the story of Christopher Navarre who served with Patton's army in the famed Black Panther Battalion, and was denied is medal for fifty years because of his race.

chinook
It's not in our show, but isn't this a great shot by our videographer, Paul Turner?

secretgarden
From the sedate front yards, you'd never guess there were beautiful gardens behind those high fences. Mike McCalmon's garden boasts 550 plants, all native to planet Earth.
