Deviled Crab
from Patricia Wiltbank Dyer from her mother, Myrtle Hammond Wiltbank

1/2 lb. crabmeat or substitute
Full 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 T. melted butter
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 chopped pimentos
1/4 C. minced green onions
1/4 C. milk (canned milk)
2 egg yolks (save whites)
White Sauce, medium, or mushroom soup with white wine added


Mix all ingredients well. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to above
ingredients. Bake in small greased pan at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve with white
sauce or mushroom soup with white wine added.

Note: This is a recipe that we have used for New Years Eve dinner many
years.
